License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Kuma ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use SolPaw Merge ("the App") on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, graphics, user interface, and scripts, is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases using Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. The Developer is not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrency due to user error or network issues.

5. Blockchain Interactions

The App interacts with the Solana blockchain. You are solely responsible for managing your wallet credentials and private keys. The Developer has no ability to recover lost wallet access or reverse blockchain transactions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

9. Changes to This Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
